Sarah Walter recently earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and is now a licensure candidate with Sweetgrass Psychological Services. Sarah originally joined Sweetgrass as a practicum student, where she developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate care and effective support to her clients.

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, or both. She understands the complexities of these experiences and works collaboratively with her clients to build tools for resilience and self-growth. With a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, Sarah helps clients move toward becoming the best version of themselves at their own pace.

Sarah offers free consultations to help prospective clients determine if she is the right fit for their needs. She sees clients in our Whitefish and Columbia Falls locations and offers convenient Telehealth sessions to ensure accessible and flexible care.
