Insurance & Rates

We currently accept the below insurance types. Unfortunately not all of our providers are able to be credentialed with each insurance carrier. If you hope to use insurance, please tell us promptly so that we can ensure we get you set up with a provider who accepts your specific insurance policy.

If you do not see your insurance, we are not in network with them. We can provide a super bill to aid you in billing your insurance yourself.

Many insurance policies have specific constraints regarding coverage. You also may be responsible for a deductible or copays. Please contact your insurance carrier to see if your plan covers the services you seek.

The Mental Health Parity Act of 2008 prohibits health insurance carriers from discriminating on the basis of mental health. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, “Mental health parity describes the equal treatment of mental health conditions and substance use disorders in insurance plans. When a plan has parity, it means that if you are provided unlimited doctor visits for a chronic condition like diabetes then they must offer unlimited visits for a mental health condition such as depression or schizophrenia.” For more information, please visit: parityregistry.org

Rates

Our rates range from $165-$225/hour depending on the services rendered and the provider(s) involved in your care.

Self-Pay

If you do not have insurance or we do not accept your particular insurance carrier, you may pay out of pocket. We can provide such clients with evidence of payment in the form of a “super bill” which they can use to seek reimbursement independently from their carrier. If you have an insurance that we do not currently accept, please contact us directly.
