Lacy Eccles, PCLC

Individual and Couples therapist (COMING SOON-MID JUNE)

Lacy brings over a decade of experience as a school counselor supporting students, staff, and families to her role as a licensure candidate. She is joining Sweetgrass following the completion of a postmasters degree in mental health counseling. She also has experience supporting individuals through grief and traumatic loss.  Lacy brings a real sense of openness to working with all types of people. Her clients find her to be gentle, curious and patient. Lacy believes that counseling is a place we can explore our thoughts and feelings, without judgement - an integral component of healing, and something that she inherently embodies.

In your time together, Lacy will help you identify difficult patterns and make changes that help you align with your values.  She will be by your side as you move toward self acceptance, and rebuild trust that you sense may be missing in your life. Lacy works from a person-centered focus, incorporating elements of attachment theory and somatic techniques. Lacy recognizes that you are the expert on your life, and by compassionately reflecting on past experiences and relationships, you can start moving in the direction you're longing to discover.

Lacy is a licensure candidate under the supervision of Colleen Davis-Tims. Lacy sees clients in both our Whitefish and Columbia Falls offices, and accepts BCBS, Allegiance, First Choice, and Mountain Health Coop insurances.
