Jordan Gilbert, MSW, LCSW
Telehealth Therapist
Jordan earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Montana where she studied both clinical theory and practice as well as social justice work. Jordan is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Montana. She has experience working with adults on their journeys to discovering their identity and their path toward wellness.
Jordan works collaboratively with clients who will find her warmth and humor comforting and welcoming. Jordan doesn’t pretend to have all of the answers but believes that through trust and exploration, you can find them together. She is particularly skilled at working with individuals who are going through life changes, growing within their relationships and careers, and are interested in exploring their own identities.
Jordan practices an attachment-based and relational approach to talk therapy. She has an eclectic approach in order to meet people where they are when they show up to her room, and in order to create a treatment plan that helps to gather insight and understanding about who a client is, their story, and their identity. In order to meet specific treatment goals, such as symptom reduction, She draws from a number of modalities including mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, and IFS. She is also trauma-informed.
Jordan joined the Sweetgrass Team in 2019 and practices remotely via telehealth.
