You’ve been court ordered to get treatment. Now what?
Sometimes, our legal system (which includes the courts, Child and Family Services, Juvenile Court, and some other systems) decide that an assessment, evaluation, or treatment would help a person or would help the system make determinations about that individual. We provide both court-mandated therapy and assessments using a team of skilled professionals to help address the needs at the intersection of the forensic and the clinical. We do not routinely bill insurance for court-mandated treatment or assessments.
Forensic Treatment
In order to provide you with the services you’ve been directed to receive, or are requesting, please have your attorney complete the appropriate form below. You will be asked to upload any relevant court order(s). We will review the documents and make sure we are the right people for the job. Then, we will work directly with your attorney on getting you scheduled.
