Dr Caroline Williams, PSYD
Psychology Resident
Caroline (She/They) is a thoughtful and caring clinician who is informed by a psychodynamic and emotion-focused practice. She comes to Sweetgrass as a Post-Doctoral Fellow, landing with our team to round out her training in therapy and assessment.
Caroline’s areas of expertise include religious trauma, identity exploration, relational trauma, perfectionism, disordered eating, and self-criticism. Caroline shows up fully and wholly and her ability to be unafraid of anything and everything that comes into the therapy space is bound to make any client feel comfortable, safe, and understood as they embark on their deepest therapeutic journey.
Caroline works in both long- and short-term therapeutic models and is willing to meet clients wherever they are in their budgets, time constraints, willingness, and needs. She works primarily with adults and practices as a hybrid clinician - both seeing people in person and remotely (she is working in person one week per month) for a nice balance to all of her clients.
