Trauma and Loss in the Mountains: An 8-Week Group Focusing on Grief

THERAPISTS, THEMSELVES MEMBERS OF THE OUTDOOR COMMUNITY, WITH TRAINING IN TRAUMA, GRIEF, AND LOSS WILL FACILITATE A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU TO COME TOGETHER TO MAKE SENSE OF YOUR EXPERIENCES, PROCESS OUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE MOUNTAINS, AND DO SOME HEALING.

This group will meet either Tuesdays at 4pm or Thursdays at 5pm for eight weeks. Individuals are expected to commit to the entire series (missing one or two is okay) so that the group can establish a sense of trust and safety.

All meetings will be confidential and private.

Participants can have experienced loss, trauma, or some combination of the two and may be professionals, recreationalists, or mountain-community adjacent.

This group is designed for anyone regardless of where they are in their grief or trauma. We look forward to seeing you there.
