IFS: Internal Family Systems

Have you ever felt conflicted? Like part of you feels really upset about something, but another part of you can logically see why this is happening? And maybe even another part feels guilty about getting mad in the first place? With Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, you get a framework to work with all of those different parts so that you can get a better understanding of who you are, how you operate, and how to honor all of your parts. In this video, Dr. Sara Boilen describes the basic framework of IFS to give you a basic introduction.
